Shibu Ramen

Not bad ramen joint. Prices are a little high for ramen imo. Server was very polite. I got the chicken ramen. Chicken was dry, but soup and noodle flavors was great. I like the tall ceilings, and good music. They are offering a free drink to leave a review. I was going to leave one anyways because I always do, but know that they offer compensation for leaving one.

The Ramen serves up a comforting, flavorful ramen experience with rich broth, chewy noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth pork belly. Though a bit pricey, the deliciousness makes it worth a visit they also have delicious veggie spring rolls

The garlic tonkotsu was not bad! The broth and noodles were delicious! The pork was thin and dry. The chicken karaage was a 2/10. 2 points for the sauce. We did order over the phone so maybe in restaurant experience is better.

I ordered the Garlic Tonkotsu ramen and it was so good. The broth was rich, creamy, and full of deep pork flavor without being too heavy. The garlic really stood out in the best way strong but not overpowering. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a nice chew, and everything tasted fresh and well-balanced. If you’re into bold, savory flavors, the Garlic Tonkotsu is definitely the move. I’d order it again for sure.

Not good. I feel I wasted my time and money. Noodle was okay but soup needs better flavor. Topping should be reconsidered.
