Cushitic Cuisine

Went there based on a recommendation last night. My family and I loved the food and the atmosphere. We had Ethiopian meals. We will definitely try the Somali rice and pasta next time.

Definitely can tell it’s a family business, feels like home! The food is dressed in spices and everything nice! The taste buds will be singing joyful noise once you’re done! I’ve tried a creamy pasta, and rice and chicken and once with beef! Never disappoints and always enough for 2-3 people! Love this place

Hands down one of the best spots in Kent! This restaurant is an absolute gem! I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta and my friend got the chicken burger combo, and wow — both meals were AMAZING. The flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly cooked. We were honestly shocked to find food this good locally. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding, super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. It’s also a huge plus that they’re open late, which is really hard to find in Kent. You can really feel the care they put into their food and their customers. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

I just took a moment to sit down and enjoy my meal and must say, it was aaaah-mazing.😁😇 My experience from the moment I entered was pleasant. I was greeted by the young lady at the register and Sandit with a beautiful smile, it gave more of a family feel for me. It's a very clean environment, I like the comforting feel of the ambience. I wasn't extremely familiar with the cuisine on the menu, and Sandit was patient enough to explain it to me, so I would be more knowledgable about what to order. The lady at the front, also shared her knowledge. The pricing is reasonable for the portion size. If you haven't been, get there, you won't regret it!
