Birrieria mi tierra

Just visited this place for the first time. I was expecting the place to be packed, but to my surprise it wasn’t (this was on a Sunday evening). The service and food was good. We had different items. I have to say the churros were so good I’ve had churros, and these were the best ones I’ve ever had. The tacos were amazing, the only thing I do recommend is that the quesabirrias have to be well fried. I think a lot of restaurants are missing that, they feel soggy to my liking. I also recommend them to boil the ramen well before serving the birria. The birria was ok not my favorite I’ve had better ones but it was fair. Overall everything went well.

This lil' truck is by far the best Mexican food truck I've tried in the area. I've only been twice, but each time the food is fresh, well-portioned and flavorful. The meat is consistently tender and juicy. For the quality you get, the prices are stellar. Service is timely and the crew are friendly people. The birria consumé is absolutely amazing! I expected nothing less since they have "birria" in the name for their business and they did not disappoint! If you're thinking about it, try this place because honestly if you don't you're missing out.

Just found out that they’re related to the Birrieria in Burien. Their food always comes out fresh and has a very welcoming vibe. Glad to have one closer to home. We’ll be a frequent customer!

This is my new favorite taco truck. They're always nice. My food is always good. Nice sized portion for your money. I got the family pack the other night and it was well worth it. I had my first strawberry drink and it won't be my last.

The birria here is top notch. They have birria in any form you can think of and I have yet to try one that I don’t like. The workers are always patient and kind too. Highly recommend
