We were on a car trip along the Mississippi River and were looking for great local cuisine when we discovered Shelley's Restaurant and Seafood Deli. Shelley and her husband could not have been more welcoming -- the restaurant is at their home -- and the food was excellent. Best pork chops and mashed potatoes ever! They went out of their way to accommodate us in an off-hour. What a great discovery!
