This Shake Shack location isn't as good as it used to be. The burgers are greasy and bun soaked with oil and sloppily thrown together. Condiments almost cannot be found inside the burger bun. Tables are usually dirty especially when it's busy. Always have to clean up after those who left with no one available to do a basic clean in between. I've been to Shake Shack locations in Hong Kong and Singapore. Their burgers are so much better, as shown in a couple of attached photos for comparison. They are nicely prepared and the actual burger and chicken sandwiches look like their advertisement pictures with condiments nicely sandwiched between the buns. They usually are packaged inside a cardboard box to hold their shapes. Can't understand why they are not more uniformed across all their store
Shake Shack is a chain of quick service burger spots across the Northeast, with their focus on serving a wide variety of burgers. The burgers are pretty solid, with a good taste and a good topping ratio, the burgers are made of quality ingredients and you can taste it. One downside is the price, it does run a bit expensive compared to other burger chains in the area, but for the quality I'd say it can be worth it. The shakes are also good here as well, mildly thickened but with a rich flavor that isn't too sweet.
For two visits in a row, the food has made my stomach upset. The first time, I thought that I was sensitive to the greasy chicken, and the second time with the spicy Korean bbq special burger and fries hurt my stomach even more. In comparison, I’ve never had issues with the Shake Shack at Logan airport. Will no longer be going to this location.
First time at a Shake Shack. The food was great. Loved the burgers. The fries were good, but I thought the portion on the fries was quite small. The shakes were fabulous. The dining room was a bit chaotic. A few empty tables, but nothing wiped down. Would absolutely visit another one.
Chicken nugget so tiny I thought I ordered kid's meal. Buns were burnt, tables smelled pukey, had to hunt down for clean table 4 times! Apple kiwi lemonade tasted like unripe green apple plus vinegar and water. Where is kiwi flavor? $50 for 2 tiny burnt chicken burgers, 2 fries, 1 chicken nugget and lemonade?!
