Attended the soft opening today and it was a 10/10 experience! We tried a little bit of everything and were impressed with every single item. The bagels were fresh and soft, and the schmear flavors were delicious. The snickerdoodle and cowboy cookies were both fantastic, and the banana bread had one of the best textures I’ve ever had. The syrups are made in house and are SO good (the brown sugar cinnamon was my favorite.) This place is such a great addition to Boerne, and I can’t wait to come back! For a soft opening you’d expect issues or errors while they work out the kinks but I can’t think of even one thing I didn’t enjoy about the experience.

$6.50 regular Brewed coffee medium (compared to Starbucks size) with homemade vanilla syrup (honestly couldn’t taste) Coffee itself had a great flavor. Enjoyable environment and staffing! Would go back.

We came to try the coffee and ended up loving everything! Our picky 7year old ordered the sourdough cookie and has been asking for more since!! My personal favorite is the handmade syrups!! Can't wait to come back and scratch our itch!

Such a cozy little coffee spot 🤍 Loved everything about this place—from the soft, minimal vibe to the simple but beautifully presented food. We had fresh bagel sandwiches, a perfectly sweet scone, and espresso that was smooth and rich. Everything felt thoughtfully made and just really comforting. One of those places you come for coffee and end up staying longer than planned.
