Extremely professional, committed to the community and did I say mouth watering goodness at well worth prices for nearly every event. A true local all family run business and the next I’ll call when in need. They simply go out of their way to exceed expectations. Asked them on a friend and my behalf (we paid) to serve the Sheriff and all his Deputies along with First Responders dinner 2 nights in a row. Made so much that they even made to go meals for those getting off their shift to feed the families! THAT is serving our community and those who protect us. We used Smoke in the Hills for a large baby shower. The food was amazing, delivered and set up perfectly. Guests raved over the smoked chicken sandwiches. My favorite is the popper dip, but you really can’t go wrong with any of their menu items! Highly recommend them for any special event!

They catered our wedding in Fredericksburg and did a fantastic job! The appetizers, main dishes and desserts were all loved by all. If you are looking for a caterer in the Central Texas area, stop now and book them immediately, you won’t be disappointed!

We were so happy we had Smoke in the hills cater our wedding. When we met with Kelly and Brad they were very informative and answered all our questions. We love that they are family owned and operated. Our guests and ourselves loved the food. They did such a good job. Everything is fresh, well made and delicious. They have options for plating and love that they include appetizers. We met with a couple of caters who may have had the option but was at an additional cost. Thank you guys again for everything!!!
