Imperfect Pies Pizza

Took my son here while on a weekend trip to Boerne and we were not disappointed! Met Travis the owner, operator, and chef and he was incredibly kind, personable, and grateful for our support. The pizzas didn’t disappoint! They’re a classic thinner style pie with a great crust. Sauce was great, the cook on the crust was fantastic, and the toppings didn’t disappoint. I love that he grates legit Parmesan over the pies by request. Really good food, and the sizes were perfect for sharing. The truck is behind Free Roam Brewery, which was also great. I’d highly recommend heading out there on an afternoon or evening with family and friends, grabbing some drinks, and enjoying some quality pizza. All in all I had a great evening with my son, enjoyed a delicious beer and some excellent pizza. Thanks

Working solo in the truck, he managed to create not only incredible pizza but also a genuine connection with every customer. His pride in the craft was evident in both the food and the service. The truck is tucked behind Free Roam in the biergarten, a setting that makes the whole visit feel like a hidden find. This isn’t just great pizza — it’s the kind of experience you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommended.

Best pizza in San Antonio / Boerne. The crust is perfect - great chewiness, toppings are high quality and the sauce has the perfect balance of tangy. Amazing spot - locally owned and open Thursday through Sunday. Highly recommended!
