Blithe Creamery

Blithe Creamery is my favorite ice cream shop, ever. And I am ice cream obsessed! My husband and I drive 20 minutes every weekend (sometimes 2x) - even during the winter months, to get our fix of our favorite flavors. We also love to sample any new flavors they might have on the menu, which rotates quite frequently! The menu offers classics like chocolate and vanilla, while also offering more unique and delicious flavors I’ve never seen before. The owner is a genius at creating ice cream masterpieces!! Right when I think I’ve found my all time favorite ice cream flavor, she creates another one that I love even more. The service is always amazing too, we always feel so special that they all recognize us when we stop by. Easily one of our favorite places in Boerne! 🍦🤍

Delicious. This is some good cream. I always get a shake and it’s not too thick to defy gravity but isn’t thin as soup. It’s just right. Recently got the cookie monsta with hot fudge on top as well as a scoop of lov it in a waffle cone.

One of the best ice cream shop that I've been too. The flavors are unique but blend so well together. It's not super sweet where you get tired of eating the same flavor. Every bite was delicious. Super cute walk up shop and you can sample different flavors. If I ever come back Boerne I would totally come back! Highly recommend. My friends also really enjoyed their ice cream and couldn't stop raving about it. We will probably come back again before we leave!

This is currently my favorite ice cream place in the world! The flavors are fun and always changing. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The waffle cones, ice cream, and ice cream sandwiches are gluten free! They also have dairy free options! The goods are a bit pricey, but I don’t mind, as the quality is so outstanding!

This place is okay. The hot chocolate tasted like nothing. The double down icecream cookie was not good, the cookies just tasted like sugar and was more like brownie brittle and I heavily doubt the “homemade” factor of it. The dark chocolate was more very sweet milk chocolate. My other friend had black seaame and said it was okay.
