In search of a quality smash burger in Seattle, I visited Secret Burger Kitchen after seeing it ranked among the top local spots. The ordering process is streamlined with self-serve kiosk, which seems especially efficient during peak hours. When we arrived, the restaurant was moderately busy, but placing an order was quick and straightforward. I also appreciated the well-stocked self-serve water and condiment station. After ordering, we self-seated and received our food in under five minutes, which was impressive. The smash burger itself was thin and cooked as expected for the style. Stopped by Secret Burger tonight after my son’s basketball game, and it is such a great choice, never disappoints. This place truly never misses—amazing food and even better customer service. Everything we ordered was delicious, and Ellie at the front absolutely killed it. I really appreciate how many options they offer, from chicken to plant-based choices. It’s one of those spots where everyone can find something they’ll enjoy. Definitely a go-to for us.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and was really impressed by their service and quality. When we went up to the self serve kiosk we were asked if we’d been there before. Since it was their first time they offered a sample of their special sauce. We got it on a couple of fries and it was delicious! We shared double with fries since it was a bit of an earlier dinner. Might have been pretty heavy if just one of us ate it but it would be super good after a hike or an intense workout! Would def recommend it and I’d go again!

First time here and I absolutely fell in loveeee with the food. The burger was super delicious - their SBK house sauce was a great mix in the burger. Their garlic sauce was phenomenal. Fries were good. The Caribbean Jerk wings were absolutely incredible. I WILL be returning and telling more people about this. The vibe of the shop was great too. This is one of my favorite smash burger spots. The service is amazing, and the burgers are even better. The patty is thick enough that you still get the crispy surface, but a great meaty bite. The meat is soft, juicy and not dried out (from having too thin a patty) Make sure to get the garlic sauce, it is SO good
