Sebring Public Library

This is an awesome library. The staff is amazing and they provide great services for kids. Its clean and lots of parking. They have monthly crafts and they do storytime and play for the kids weekly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's closed Sundays and Mondays and I wish they were open earlier than 9:30am as it's sometimes hard to entertain kids until then.

I had to print something while visiting from out of town and the staff was very helpful. Great location next to the lake too!

Had a not so great experience that put a bad taste in my mouth for this library. Our first visit here was not pleasant. There were at least a handful of kids in the kid area. One of the parents of these children was using one of the computers and would just yell over her shoulder at her children to stop running and whatnot. The other adult just didn't seem to care what her children did. One of the children dumped out a game and was throwing it all over the place which then got blamed on my daughter (she was actually trying to clean it up). The librarian didn't do much to deescalate the craziness that was ensuing. I asked her if there was anything she could do to get them to control their children or be asked to leave. She basically said no (which, judging by her mannerisms, she just didn't

The Sebring Public Library is one of the most delightful, well-organized, warm, and inviting libraries that I have visited in a long time. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help upon entry. I find the children's section a parent's paradise for their children as the staff member Krystal is a pleasure to talk with and is a wonderful and blessed asset to the staff. I cannot forget Crystal with a "C" because she is always a pleasure...always greeting visitors with her warm, welcoming smile. Truly this a wonderful library and my children absolutely love coming here. Edit: The Seed Library is also a delight and definitely a blessing to my family and I’m quite sure a blessing to others in the community. Thank you.
