This place has the best tasting falafel sandwich in Central Florida. It had tahini, pickled vegetables, hummus, harissa, and crushed falafel—all wrapped tightly in a lavash style bread that was then toasted on a griddle till perfectly crisp. I could eat this everyday. We met the owner, Amani, who is very charming and, after we told her how much we enjoyed her falafel sandwiches, she said, “They are made with love.” And I could tell she meant every word of it.
