This was my first time staying It's an older establishment but clean and comfortable We had an issue with our a/c but it was handled quickly with no problems. The balcony was so nice. Oceanfront, two rocking chairs. The dunes were directly in my viewing My favorite part of everything!!! I love staying at locally owned small establishments .I will be returning.
