Boombalatti's Handcrafted Ice Cream

My favorite ice cream spot in Carolina Beach. Service is always friendly, fast and efficient. Lots of options whether you want a scoop of ice cream, milk shake or check the cold case for pints, ice cream cakes or pop tarts. Received a Boombalattis sweatshirt for Christmas I’m not sure of the material but it is so soft and cozy! They have a wide of merch, stickers, hats and fun swag with cool designs! They have vegan options as well for those with any dietary preference/restrictions. My friend is lactose intolerant and always tries one of their new or seasonal flavors and has yet to find one she hasn’t liked Top Tier is #1 so far (we frequent this location a few times a month!!!) Great addition to the Carolina Beach community!

Holy Cannoli! Absolutely awesome Cannoli ice cream with the most delicate flavor of orange zest plus cannoli chips and chocolate chips. The ricotta smoothes out the flavor with sophisticated lightness. Ten out of ten! I definitely left with ice cream cake envy! I would try that too if I was having a party. My son had the chocolate fudge ice cream and it was also amazing!

Perfect evening dessert spot! We visited while on a short three day weekend in Carolina beach and they had several non dairy options that were tasty.

Boombalatti's is a Wilmington staple and we love the location of this one. Hits every time and love that there is always something new.
