Customer Reviews
Seattle Fish Guys serves some of the best poke in the Seattle area. The fish is always fresh and high quality, and you can’t go wrong with any selection. The combo plates offer great variety and better value. It’s a popular counter-service spot with limited indoor seating, and a few parking spaces are available in the attached lot and underground garage.
I recently visited Seattle Fish Guys and was absolutely delighted by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and full of that fresh, ocean-inspired charm. As a seafood lover, I was excited to explore their offerings, and they did not disappoint. The highlight of my visit was, without a doubt, their incredible crab cakes. Perfectly golden on the outside and tender, flavorful on the inside, they were packed with fresh crab meat and seasoned just right. Each bite was a taste of the sea, and I could tell the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. Beyond the crab cakes, the menu is a treasure trove for seafood enthusiasts. They offer everything from poke bowls to fresh oysters, all of which look and taste incredibly fresh. I also appreciated the frie
It’s ok there… the sashimi tuna was too thick and not cut correctly so very sinewy and chewy🥺the uni was ok.. bit watery.. the poké looked too mayonaisy… and… they don’t give you water! But.. lots of samples of good smoked salmon.
My first stop when I land in Seattle is the Seattle Fish Guys. The unagi bowl, the salmon belly bowl, the sushi bombs, the chowder and the Paninis are all fantastic and I always get plenty of smoked salmon to take back home with me. This is one of the places I miss the most since moving away from Seattle and it will continue to be at the top of my list every time I come back.
Super value for money and their grilled black cod is a must try. Seafood is as fresh as it gets. Taste wise, is good but not life changing. Lol
