Amazing customer service! The food and drinks I purchased were delicious. We came opening day and they handled it so well. For how many people there were, the wait was not long at all. They were prepared! So happy about this new addition to our small town.

I’ve only been here once before, and it was good, so I decided to come back. Last time I ordered a strawberry lemonade with half flavor and it tasted balanced and refreshing. This time though, the flavor was much stronger and didn’t taste the same at all, even though I ordered it the same way (half flavor). I also noticed something floating in my drink, which was pretty concerning. I didn’t finish it because of that. The location just opened, so I was expecting things to be fresh and consistent. Not sure if it was from the ice maker or something else, but it wasn’t a great experience. I won’t be back. (Update) Automated responses don’t really help when they don’t address the actual issue. Been here 3 times now and I would say it’s a really great addition to Portland! Great coffee, fast and everyone is very friendly. I’ve also used the mobile app and that makes it a little more convenient for getting coffee on my lunch break. Thank you!

Ordered on the app, they make the drink when you get there. Fresh delicious beverages, fast service. Abby at the window was so cheerful, love her energy! And Liam was also friendly and awesome! The macha lavender is a new favorite; almost didn’t make it home, I couldn’t stop sipping!
