Great experience today! Fun drink selection, and they even say “Scoot on around” 😀 Made me laugh in a good way.

The best prices, the food is excellent, and no one is pushing a political agenda (like their competitors). Every time I’ve gone the service has been quick and everyone has been smiling. They’ve even chatted with me a bit, which seems to be a lost art nowadays. They have won me over as a customer!

Scooters is awesome! Soooo much better than Starbucks! Coffee is smooth and yummy and the mini donuts taste fresh. So glad Scooters is open now!

First let me say we love Scooters!!!! We have had it in many different cities and it has always been consistently great!!! So this truly hurts to post this rating! I'm going say that we have been to the Blue Ridge, GA location multiple times since it opened, so we have tried to give the staff time to get the kinks out!!! The place is clean and friendly! Our issue has been with our orders! They've had to remake our orders on multiple visits, because of half filled cups or not what we ordered. But that's not my issue it's the inconsistencies in the orders themselves. We order the same thing every time and only once have we received it correctly in flavor, amount and texture. So first i wanna say the lady at the drive through was very nice and pleasant. But there was a huge problem. Whoever made my drink..got it very. very. wrong. twice. They literally must not have read a single detail about my order. I ordered a fruit n cream flavor duo. Its made with ice cream and comes with sauce at the bottom and whipped cream. I got my drink and i noticed it had no whipped cream, i corrected them- and they put whipped cream on...then i realized its also supposed to have the fruit at the bottom, so i corrected them again. They finally got it right and when i took a sip, realized they still got it wrong- they made it with just ice, and it was chunky and crunchy. I had ordered the one made with ice cream*.
