Customer Reviews
Angry Hops Brewing is a great spot to hang out. Super casual vibe, great selection of beers, and a really friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Blue Ridge.
The seasonal Autumn 🍁 decay is one of the best beers (marzen) I've ever had. Location is solid and the service is exceptional. They do can on site, so don't be afraid to ask for a six pack. I'm glad I did because I took home six of those Autumn Decay's. If I have to pick a negative, it's the absurdly early closing time, but that's the majority of Blue Ridge. It's not a late night town at all, and is barely an evening one if I'm being honest.
Stopped in to try their beer. Love tasting local breweries when i travel. Didnt get to taste much as I was short on time, but what i had was extremely good. In particular the Into The Storm (Dark Ale) was excellent. Atmosphere was very laid back, typical of a small town brewery and was very inviting. Would definitely go back next time I’m in Blue Ridge.
Updated review 3/30/2025: This is now one of my favorite breweries in Georgia. I try to visit every time I’m in town. Caroline is great and so are the beers. We sat and played cards and had a couple beers while waiting on a dinner reservation for my mom’s 70th birthday. We got a good buzz and dinner tasted even better than usual! 😁 Original review: Awesome place to grab a beer. Staff was friendly & attentive. They had live music which was great! They’re dog friendly & have both inside & outside seating. Decent selection of beers & cool t-shirts. They also have bingo nights where you win beer tokens for free beer!
Great brewery! Had four beers while here; a Hefeweizen, helles lager, and two DIPAs. Everything was tasty for its style with the double IPAs being the standout. The mojo of the place is great and it’s filled with locals. The bartender was super friendly and elevated the experience. There’s a few paved spots in front with a gravel lot right next to it that provides plenty of parking. Two gender neutral bathrooms that are clean and totally closed off. Good place to check out if hitting up the area! No physical menu but there is a big digital rotating screen just above the taps. Taplist provides variety and a quality list of options.
