“The Billy Pizza” is so tasty. The thin crust with a little sprinkle of sesame seeds on it… honestly, sooo good. And the fresh toppings—sautéed onions, spinach, bacon, and goat cheese—work perfectly together. I couldn’t help it, we dug right in, having only a couple of slices left for the photo! 😋😳 The fact that they welcome educational opportunities, bringing in school groups to learn about their skills in the kitchen, is just awesome! ❤️ This is my second time getting it during my yearly off-season trip to Montauk, and it’s just as delicious as I remembered. My husband and I love it, and it’s definitely become our little Montauk tradition. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! 🍕💛

Best pizza out east bar none. Finis isn’t worth the hype and Dive Bar fell off when they moved locations. Get the BBQ or buffalo chicken pizza

The pizza is excellent, the menu is comforting and creative, but the knots are on another level — easily the best around. Perfectly baked, loaded with flavor, and impossible to stop eating. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner. He’s a genuine beacon of the community — present, hardworking, and deeply invested in the people around him. You can feel the pride and care that go into the food and the space. He’s a great role model and exactly the kind of person you want running a local business. This is more than just a great pizza spot — it’s a cornerstone of the neighborhood. Places like this are why local restaurants matter.

FANTASTIC! Loved it all. Best pizza I've had on the East End of LI. Garlic Knots are an absolute MUST!!!! Pepperoni was great. Pinwheels were great. And I was blown away by the Eggplant Parm Sub, too. Excellent service, terrific price for Montauk and the food is as good as it gets. My daughter and I got a box to go and ate it behind Gosman's at sunset. PERFECT DINNER!!! Do yourself a favor and DO IT!!!

Great pizza, great atmosphere, and great people! All the pizza they had at the counter looked amazing, It was hard to make a decision. The pizza was delicious and fresh! I would recommend trying Sausages Pizza & Pastabilities!
