Montauk Seafood Company is an absolute must-visit every time I’m in Montauk. As a seafood market, it goes above and beyond. The clams are outstanding—consistently fresh and flavorful. Chris is a real mensch; he’s incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making every visit a memorable experience with his warm demeanor and excellent service. This market truly has everything you need for an incredible seafood meal. If we’re lucky enough to stay somewhere with a kitchenette, I always grab a few dozen clams to make spaghetti alle vongole—it’s become a tradition. Montauk Seafood Company is hands-down my favorite seafood market anywhere. If you’re in Montauk, do yourself a favor and stop by. Support this gem of a business—you won’t regret it. I absolutely love this place!

I’ve ordered steamed and cracked lobster in a tray from here three times this summer and it got better each time! Absolutely fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced. Probably the best price you’ll get in town. The 2+ pound lobsters are quite the royal experience. Theres also lemon. butter, cocktail sauce, and more for sale to complete your dining experience. Grab a tray and head out to the beach to dig in with no shame.

Amazing fresh oysters and littlenecks! Better than any restaurant we’ve been to in Montauk - had to go back for more right after trying our first dozen :) There were no seating available but the food was nicely packaged so you could bring them to any picnic spot around town.

The freshest, tastiest clams on a half shell that I have ever had! Super friendly staff. Ate them out of the back of my SUV, but still amazing!

Came back here after our great experience last year. Tried the oysters this time around and they were also delicious!! Better than anything we have had in a restaurant, and so fresh! Will be back tomorrow for more!
