Sankalp – The Taste of India, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Indian flavors, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every dish tasted fresh, perfectly spiced, and truly reminded me of home. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for both family dinners and special occasions. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and ensured we had a great dining experience from start to finish. Their menu offers a great variety, especially for South Indian lovers. The dosas were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly served. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Ate at Sankalp recently and was really impressed. The chicken dishes stood out right away — no artificial food color, and the chicken was genuinely moist and well-cooked, not dry at all. You can taste the quality and freshness in the food. The dosas were crispy and filling, and the chutneys and sambar tasted fresh and balanced. Service was friendly and not rushed, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for Indian food that feels clean, authentic, and made with care, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Finally a decent restaurant with authentic Indian taste in capital region. Tried their Indio Chinese and it was amazing. Also the only place in the area to get sizzlers. Definitely my new favorite place. Mehul and Urval both are great hosts.
