Saltwater Shanty Homemade Ice Cream

Really good quality ice cream. You could tell the raspberry sorbet (Non-dairy option) was made with real fruit. The atmosphere is super cool. There is a lot of seating. The only thing I will say is that they are pricy. I do think they use quality ingredients, but for example if you add two different flavors to a cup it’s an extra dollar. But if you’re okay with spending the money it’s a great option.

This was our first time having ice cream at the Shanty. The ice cream was Amazing !!! The atmosphere was quaint . My husband had the banana split and I had 2 scoops of their Butter Pecan in a cone. I will recommend this place to everybody!!!

This place has absolute best ice cream I've ever had. The owners are so nice and appreciate your business. The courtyard is beautiful with a fountain, flowers and lots of little areas to enjoy your treat. I had the Lockwood Folly mud (the best chocolate), Holden Beach Sand, Banana Pudding and Key Lime Pie. (Listed in order of favorites). The Black Cherry is also wonderful.

Great home made ice cream. I can’t believe the variety they have, simply amazing!!! The ice cream shop is around back with great shaded outdoor comfortable seating. You can get your favorite flavor and sit in a relaxing outdoor atmosphere and enjoy. It’s hard to imagine how all the flavors they have are home made. They have the secrete to making some great ice cream. When we got out of the car we could smell the baking waffle cones in the air. I highly recommend this place but be warned you’re going to have a hard time choosing what you want from the very large selection. ENJOY!!!

Great tasting ice cream and good seating options! Very tasteful fountain and hydrangeas for decoration. I had the peach sundae with peach ice cream and let me tell you there's nothing but Peach Bliss. And my other half had the key lime pie and it was very accurate without being overly sweet . Would recommend and we'll go here many many more times.
