This was my second favorite breakfast of all time only followed by ORB in Vancouver Canada. I highly recommend the cheddar chive scone with tomato jam, cheese and frittata. I added avocado. You can’t really eat it’s like a sandwich but need a knife and fork. I enjoyed a side of turkey bacon as well. The owner promotes farmers with a small rack of imported items like olive oil, sumac spice, etc. very friendly
A stranger to this area, I wandered in because the review said this place had baklava. Tried to order an egg and lox breakfast sandwich. Accidentally ordered lox and veggies on a scone. I hate scones. Well, at least I did. Now I know what a scone is supposed to taste like. I shook the hand of the woman who made it like this was The Great British Bake-off. I also got the baklava. Delicious! Avoid sitting next to where they bring out the food. You’ll see all the other delicious options available, and I’ll constantly second-guess your choice. The waffles look divine, for the record.
All staff is very courteous and friendly, even during peak hours they were always attentive! The Washington Waffle Combo was delicious 🤤 especially the apples with apple spread was spot on. Completing with a Lebanese Coffee paired with a Magic Bar was perfect 🤩.
It's a nice cozy spot down here in Ballard, great place to both chill out and having nice pastry and breakfast. The Baklava never disappoint and the hazelnut mocha is just as awesome!
Amazing find in Ballard for a breakfast or lunch stop! Menu ranges from sweet - waffles - to savory - also waffles, and sandwiches and plates. Lebanese menu includes some incredible options that aren’t standard cafe fare - eggs qawarama for example is worth six stars if I was able! Get some Lebanese coffee and then take some of the baked goods to go. This place is delicious and the service is amazing - friendly!
