Are you kidding?! The staff were so incredibly sweet! I ordered the wrong cone (completely my fault) and the employee said “do you want me to change it?” I said “No! I don’t want to waste anything. It was my fault!” She said “I’ll eat it! Let me just flip your ice cream to the correct cone so you can enjoy it!” Lol. I wouldn’t let her! But she was SO SWEET!! The ice cream was delicious!! I got a double scoop on a sugar cone (glad I got the wrong one now. It was so good) with key lime pie and banana pudding ice cream. Banana pudding was SO GOOD. My new favorite!! Environment is family friendly, nostalgic and fast paced. There is plenty to choose from. Price can be a little high, depending on what you get. I got three cones (two waffle, one sugar) double scoops and spent $22. Fav place f

We love Salem Ice Cream Parlor!! All kinds of flavors!! Both, indoor and outdoor seating. I hadn't been in a long while. Couple weeks ago we decided to stop in for some ice cream. Highly recommend whether you're local or just visiting. Very nice customer service. We will definitely go back.

This cute ice cream parlor sells a few goodies! My favorite BLT!! It's a small food menu that i didn't even expect to see food on the menu. Very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and family-friendly. The staff seems to work well together. There are plenty of parking spots. They have tables inside but only chairs outside to enjoy your ice cream. Come and visit and have a scoop of ice cream or a sub,soup, or even a BLT! I will visit again before I leave here Friday. The ice cream is great- The food is wonderful too! The staff always seem happy to help, and they have a wonderful selection of ice creams & sandwiches to choose from. Everything is priced fairly! I highly recommend this place!!

Best thing about this spot is, that it's not only an ice cream or cafeteria place, but it's a very good lunch place! Was there today with a couple of friends who recommended this one. And it was absolutely a great idea. We did have a great time and loved the food. I decided to go for one of Soups Of The Day (a tomato and basil soup) and a turkey and provolone cheese sandwich. A soup was delicious and a sandwich was also very tasty. 🥪🥣👌🏻 So I'll be back here for more. 😎👍🏻
