Jersey Mike's Subs

We visited this restaurant on New Year's Day. I have NEVER walked into a fast food restaurant full of workers so genuinely happy to be there. The service was excellent. It was our first time at JM's. They walked us through the process and gave us suggestions. Our sandwich was good, but our service was immaculate. It was a little unbelievable how great the reviews were until we walked in the door and saw that it was no lie. Thanks for being so friendly to a couple of Arkansans just passing through.

Easily some of the kindest service workers- always great conversation while waiting/having sandwiches being made. Best quality for sandwiches with the 0.25 mi with several other options. Atmosphere rating is just due to limited seating inside is all.

My Daughter & I had the absolute wonderful pleasure of meeting Austin & Leo today @ the Salem location !! They were both so kind & welcoming from the moment we walked in the door & they just went above & beyond to make sure that we had the best experience ever coming into a Jersey Mikes & because of Austin & Leo we will definitely be coming back to this location & I will recommend them to everyone I know!! Thank you so so much again Austin & Leo & you both are truly a wonderful asset to this company!!!

I go to Jersey Mike’s multiple times a week, and it’s honestly my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently incredible — always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. Whether it’s a classic cold sub or something hot off the grill, they never miss. But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always up for a good conversation. It feels more like catching up with friends than just grabbing a bite to eat. The service is fast, the energy is positive, and the whole experience is just... perfect. If you haven’t been to Jersey Mike’s yet, you’re missing out. It’s more than just great subs — it’s a place that keeps you coming back. I couldn’t recommend it more.

As if I don’t already have the very best customer service, friendly welcome and great food every single time I walk into the Salem location, today’s visit with Xander, Alex and Lance continued to keep up that trend! Smiling faces, genuine recommendations after listening to preferences and pleasant conversation filled our exchange—an absolute great crew to interact with this evening!
