Mall chicken is a national treasure and so reasonably priced. Exactly the same predictable food that I was eating as a kid 25 years ago and in that time the price has only gone up $2. Never change, mall chicken, never change.

Food was good, but service was terrible and didn’t get what I asked. I asked for the special of the day and got the chicken teriyaki that WAS supposed to be with rice and noodles but only came with noodles and I even payed an extra 50¢ for noodles when it didn’t even come with fried rice! When I came up to them asking about it nicely, they told me that I older what I order, only noodles and no rice. Why did I get an extra 50¢ charge what was supposed to have rice and noodles and only got noodles? I specifically asked for noodles and rice together. They brushed me off basically saying that they are right and I am wrong. I thought the phrase was that the customer is always right and not wrong?? Very outrageously rude employees that didn’t want to understand what’s wrong with my food.

This is a great place to eat when you're inside Rosemont Fashion Outlets, one of the biggest Malls in Chicagoland area. They offer a few different Chinese options but no Crab Rangoon sadly. Their main item is Teriyaki Chicken or Teriyaki Shrimp or Teriyaki beef. They are always happy to give out free samples and their service is very nice and friendly. The food itself is very good and the portions are great for the price. I recommend eating here. Its one of my gotos at Rosemont.

The staff was very nice and helpful but honestly the food tasted terrible. Definitely not what it used to be. The chicken was cold and chewy and the noodles were cold too and had no flavor. It all tasted bland. This used to be my favorite place.

I went to the fashion outlets in rosemont and made a mistake buying food at this Sakura Japanese place. The food was awful . I think the chicken was recooked and the rice was not even hot and sticky. I took some of it home . I put some Kikkoman soy sauce on it and it was still bad . I fed it to my garbage can, because I knew my dog wouldn’t like it
