Carlucci Rosemont

Went to dinner with reservations and were seated promptly. Carlucci's is a beautiful old school restaurant. The service and ambiance were wonderful. Unfortunately, the meal was a bit of a letdown. My tilapia was cooked perfectly, but was underseasoned. It was so bland. My wife had the Rigatoni con Manzo Brasato and she found it inedible. Im not sure what cheese they use in the dish, but ill just describe it as a "stinky cheese." We had such high expectations. Maybe the pasta dish was made exactly the way it was supposed to be, but no where on the menu did it mention the cheese or fermented ingredient. I dont know. We had the cheesecake, which was a bit hard, but tasty. All in all , we had a great time , but we left unsatisfied with our expensive meal.

Needed a late lunch and Carlucci came through. I had this beautifully created beet salad with shrimp. Omg it was fresh, huge and full of flavor. The waitstaff is on point too. Friendly to me and quick. I would definitely go back.

Classic Italian. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Here for a business dinner everyone enjoyed the pasta. Portions are large and pasta was cooked perfectly. The Calimari appetizer was enough for all four of us. The Linguine con Prosciutto di Parma was amazing.

Service was excellent, the pasta in the cheese was amazing and boy were they so generous in scraping a "little" extant cheese for garnish. Every other place that does the cheese wheel only does it for the show and don't take it at all well if you ask to get a bit of cheese on top. Also, their cocktails are delicious! Loved this spot, hope to be back soon.

We arrived without a reservation for lunch. We were greeted and seated immediately. Everyone was polite, attentive and informative about the menu. The restaurant had dim lighting and it was beautifully decorated. Fresh bread was brought to the table. They have a decent wine list and a full bar. The food was delicious and the table side pasta was delightful.
