One bite and all is forgiven (Greek idiom boukia kai syghorio) Cima is a journey that doesn't cost airfar. You're literally transported to the Mediterranean from start to finish. Our waiter Michael was so kind and honest with what we should order for our party. Definitely go to CIMA and enjoy amazing food.

This was my first time enjoying the redesigned restaurant, surely not the last. My potato leak soup was delicious and hot, just the way I like. Mushroom pasta was delightful, everything was seasoned just right and it felt like the level of flavors kept building. Service Anna provided was superb, friendly and on point with timeliness. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Habib was a generous host, learning about the private room and meeting spaces was a huge plus.

I attended their monthly dinner series last night and first time trying their food. Loved the vibes and all the dishes. Great wine selection and tucked inside Hyatt Centric by Ohare. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our meal at Cima. It was located in the Hyatt Centric so where we were staying so sort of stumbled upon it. We were really happy we did. It feels both upscale and casual all at once. Good wine and beer choices which is all we drink so can’t comment on the cocktails. My husband and I shared two small plates and had plenty! We ordered the baked feta and an orecchiette pasta that were both amazing! They were different and fresh tasting and we liked that they used local sourced ingredients. The staff were all very attentive and it just felt like an experience! I absolutely recommend it!

Amazing restaurant. Newly remodeled, very clean, and very modern. The atmosphere was great and our server, Isaac, was very polite and friendly. The sea bass was extremely tender and flavorful, and the mushroom ragout was very tasty. The bread was freshly baked, and the chocolate desert was amazing. 10/10 experience.
