Ruby Tuesday

Not impressed for what I knew Ruby Tuesday's used to be. Salad bar was mostly empty, especially the meat choices. Ordered the bourbon chicken and it literally tasted like a chicken breast with bottled sauce poured on top, grilled corn had the texture of 3 day old corn, mashed potatoes on the runny side and not alot of flavor as though they were old too. Going to McDonald's when we leave so I can get full.

Not really one to leave reviews but i don't want to see anyone spend their hard earned money for this quality food. Ordered steak and shrimp along with deconstructed beef tips kabobs. Steak was to be cooked medium rare, came out well done. Kabobs beef was over done soo much could barely stick a fork in it. Was told that the kabobs are pre cooked then recooked to order. Why? It takes like 2 minutes to cook this. Food was sent back. Restaurant was about a third full on a Sunday at 12:45pm. Was told they are sorry and they are backed up in the kitchen. I cant tell you how many sorrys and apologies i heard at other tables along with ours about the mistakes and poor quality of food being served. So it is now 2:10 pm and the 2nd round of food is coming out. Manager just came out to apologize and

We were seated right away and where we asked to be seated. Our waiter was exceptional! He suggested the queso and chips to start, the queso had a good flavor, but needed to be thinner. The chips seemed like they were out of a bag, just ok. For my entrée I got the fried pickle double smash burger, fried pickles, onion, tomato, cheese and BBQ sauce with onion rings. My burger was very good, I especially loved the fried pickles on the burger. The onion rings were nice and crunchy. My friend got a smash burger with tomatoes, onions and lettuce with mayo and onion rings. We got served very quickly and curtiously. They do have daily specials, but they are not on the menu, but the website, so you have to ask. The prices were fairly decent. I would go back again.

Patience was our server. She was right on, friendly, efficient, and very pleasant. She was busy and didn’t miss a beat. It’s refreshing to see a server with such a sweet personality and doing a good job too!

First, we love the specials - their BOGO deals are wonderful. It's why we support this restaurant. They have wonderful staff, great food, at reasonable prices. Secondly, Destiny was our server and she did amazing. She was VERY attentive and had a great personality. She suggested pairing their endless soup with our lunch and it truly made a difference. (Btw, right now they have lobster bisque, potato or broccoli and cheddar---you can't go wrong with any of them, especially on these cold days.) From beginning to end, she was genuinely delightful. After this experience we requested to speak to the manager because typically people only want to complain, but we felt they ALL needed encouragement and a reminder they're doing a great job.
