Chris you are an amazing 🤩 superstar in this video. You have great people’s skills and I hope the owner and whoever sees this would give you a great 👍 opportunity to shine again. Thank you for your patience and dedication to your work. Let’s not forget the Chef 👩‍🍳 who made this all happened. I never got to interview him however I did see him in the back, 😁cooking away! This was our very first time, my husband the Texan Cowboy 🤠 that loves barbecues took me here and it was a perfect timing. ⏱️ I truly love ❤️ everything the Chef cooked. What made it better was the server a smile 😊 comfortable in his own rights at work did it for me too. We be Back for more. Just looking around guys, it’s a beautiful place and the price is fairly reasonable and affordable. Come on by and wear them cowboy 🤠

R&R is great! Barbecue is always my go-to restaurant choice. I've eaten at both the Riverwoods location and the Traverse Mountain spot numerous times. The Riverwoods location does have a secret weapon... the cashier, Mateo. This young man remembers my favorite order, and is consistently pleasant and engaging. Mateo goes the extra mile to make our experience there the best it can be. P.S. One more important thing-- the Perrin sizes at R&R are much larger for the same price, compared to other local barbecue places.

Wasn't impressed. The service was okay. Ordered the 3 meat plate brisket, ribs and sausage. The brisket was good. The sausage wasnt bad but I've had better and the ribs were dry and way over seasoned.. way too salty!! When we sat down we noticed some cleaning has been skipped out on in a while. Splatter of bbq sauce all over the half wall. Being from Texas this definitely isn't real BBQ. Im sorry but missed the mark.

R&R BBQ is fantastic! The food is great! I recommend when you go as a group to get a family meal deal the large version fed 8 easily. It was quite empty when we went.

Door Dash order. This is the three ribs they gave me in my order today! WTH? The little, teeny, tiny, one is burnt to a crisp. If people are going to jack the prices up of things and make the orders smaller they’re not gonna have any business left the fries that we ordered unfortunately I already ate, but it was all the bottom pieces little teeny tiny burnt pieces. That’s unacceptable.! DoorDash is already bad enough as it is, but when you get crappy customer service from both that makes it worse
