Roundbreads Lititz

I’ve been here multiple times over the last several months and have tried a good selection of the menu. It’s one of the only places in the Lancaster area to get a genuine fresh bagel, and the only location I’ve found that makes salt bagels. Food: their bagels are good for this area but mediocre compared to the Philly/NJ area. They’re pretty heavy on the egg wash, which takes away from the flavor of the plain / salt. Salt is light on salt. I’ve personally found everything is the best bagel type. Breakfast sandwiches are very unseasoned (no basic seasoning like salt & pepper used you specifically request it). Don’t bother getting the scrapple. I’m not sure why they offer it if they don’t know how to cook it. It was see-through thin and so SO over fried. Cinnamon sugar donuts are pretty good

the vibes at the Lititz location are awesome - it's super cute + cozy with a lot of indoor seating. these are the best bagels I've ever had in PA. bacon/egg/hold the cheese on a toasted sesame bagel is 10/10. friendly staff and not a long wait when I went on a Thursday around 11am. excited to start going here more!

They now roast their coffee on-site! Not sure if this is new, but it’s in the dining area. I stopped in at 7:03 and was already the 3rd customer in-line. Fast & friendly service. I got a 1/2 dzn bagel assortment, cream cheese and we got a donut to try. They even had a flavor of the month, chocolate & cherry. Sorry, not a personal fan of bread and chocolate, but had it been just cherries, would have tried for sure! Just a great way to start the morning!

Currently a mixed bag. (If there was a rating of 3.75 stars I'd use it.) Cinnamon-raisin bagels should not be coated in granulated sugar - they are not doughnuts. (Maybe make 'no-sugar' a cinnamon-raisin option.) There is no decaf option for those of us coffee lovers who can't handle caffeine. The in-store music is usually a little too loud - and maybe should include a deeper mix of old and new. If the mall allows it, a couple of two-seat little tables outside would be lovely during warm weather. But these issues all can be forgiven by ordering and devouring their Principessa sandwich!! Recommended! It's a delicious hand-held mix of bagel, cream cheese, lox and appropriate veggies - just terrific.

Teeny tiny bagels that were horribly chewy and still expensive. There’s simply no comparing it to a NY bagel for example, which are half the price, double the size, and 1000x better in flavor. Wanted to like this place so much. Also- you should disclose in the description that the eggs in sandwiches are “runny” because consuming undercooked eggs is a potential health hazard.
