Rosa's Mexican Restaurant

Cozy, family Mexican restaurant with delicious food. Salsa was so fresh! We had enough for two meals.

This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant in town! The meat is so juicy n veggies/herbs are so fresh! The sauces are incredible, very flavorful! And the portions are huge, yet so affordable!!

We had a fabulous lunch today at Rosa's Mexican Restaurant. I had the Enchiladas and they were perfect. Two Corn Tortillas stuffed with succulent Chile Colorado,Sour Cream, and Lettuce then covered with delectable White Sauce and Spanish Rice, Beans, and a small Salad on the side. My husband had the Crisp Tortilla Bowl that is layered with Beans,Fresh Lettuce,Cheese,Tomatoes,Onions,Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Chile Colarado. My mother in law had the Taco Tuesday Special that was two Corn Tortillas,Onions, Tomatoes, Fresh Cilantro, Cheese, and Shredded Pork . Rice and Beans were included on the side. Fresh Tortilla Chips and Fresh Salsa were brought to the table and they both were excellent. Our waiter was very kind and gave us great customer service. We can't wait to go back.

Since year 2015, my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed Rosa’s. The Seafood Enchiladas are the “BEST.” The Owner, Rosa fixes her Seafood Enchiladas with a “WONDERFUL” green sauce. The last couple of years, we have come on either a birthday or an anniversary. This year, 2024 marks Our 48th Wedding Anniversary. So we brought an exquisite Anniversary Cake made by Sweet Life Bakery in Eugene, OR. So, we decided to share 1/2 of our cake with Rosa and staff. They really enjoyed a treat. Absolutely delicious. Friendly family service. They kept our chips and salsa filled (very important!) and the food was just as ordered, even though we had special requests for most of our plates. Very good experience!
