Dutch Bros Coffee

My girlfriend and I ONLY! go to the Dutch Bros in Florence Oregon! But if we are not in Florence we still go to Dutch Bros. The employees at the Dutch Bros in Florence are great! They are all really nice 👍 do a great job, always happy and helpful. We are happy with our Dutch Bros and we will continue going.... Thank you to the Dutch! For the ladies🌹For the dudes🤘

I love Dutch bros sadly there are none near where I live but when we are visiting family we always make sure to get some. The people work here are always super nice. And the coffee and non coffee drinks are all delicious. Only problem is all the options how can you just choose one!

The training/senior staff at this location would benefit greatly from some customer service and interpersonal relationships skills training, and I feel bad for any new employees that have to be trained by her. We spent $30 on 5 drinks, 2 of them were wrong and we absolutely were not about to ask for a correction due to the attitude we received at the window. Honestly that should never happen. You should at least be happy with the drinks you asked for & paid for. We are loyal Dutch goers from out of town. To see this level of poor customer service from management is disappointing. At least we have positive experiences in our home town of Eugene, and that’s where we will keep our Dutch Bros standards set.

OK, Dutch Bros is hands-down the best coffee chain ever. As someone who’s visiting Oregon on vacation, I can say this is MILES better than coffee shops back in my home state (Minnesota). I usually get shakes and when I can, try different flavors and they’ve been really good each time. Drive-thru service is quick and friendly! The only negative thing I can say about this place is that there isn’t any in MN! Edit: if you download and sign up for the Dutch Bros app, they’ll give you a free medium drink right off the bat by having them scan your QR code. They also give you a free drink of any size on your birthday. Mine was today, and the barista (or “bro-ista”) was very friendly. App is a must!
