Rosalie & Phil’s 9-8-25 This small Sandwich Shop is in the heart of Yorks Beach area. Its small but clean and neatly organized with counter seating along the one wall. Walk up to the counter and order from the menu on the front of the counter. All Sandwiches are made fresh to order. They even have Gluten free sandwiches. You may have to wait as Maryellen makes everyone in front of you. Trust me it’s well worth the wait. These Sandwiches (we call them Subs where I live) are the best. We both ordered the Ham Sandwich consisted of Ham, Provolone, Freshly Sliced Onion, Green Pepper, Pickle, Tomato, Black Olive, and your choice of Dressing I choose Mayo. These sandwiches are on what we call a long Sub Rolls. Every single item on my Sandwich tasted fresh and was overflowing with ingredients. Als

What a cute sub shop! I recommend the Moezilla to share. The staff is warm and welcoming. The space is clean and bright. I can’t wait to try the Sorbet Ripieno in the summer!

The food is freshly made and delicious!! The Raspberry Lemonade is delicious, and naturally sweetened. The coconut sorbet!! Moezella sandwich abd the Mad Sicilian sandwiches!!Very friendly and his family has been making the same food and recipe for 71 years!! Must eat while you are in York. A quick walk from short sands beach. We will be back, your visitors from Lake George, NY.

You know a place is going to be good when there are multiple signs saying that you have to be okay with waiting for your sandwich. The end result did not disappoint. The Parma was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Fresh ingredients, good proportions, and prepared with care. Cannoli was exquisite as well. Excited to return.

It’s so nice to finally see a business on short sand that’s actually open in the winter. The owner was soooo nice and the food was made fresh! Great prices and a lovely vibe, I can’t wait to see how much everyone loves it this summer. A great new spot for York locals!
