Rosa Negra Mexican Kitchen

The wait staff was great and the food was far better than I was expecting, the carne en su jugo really astounded me, only a very mild spice with tomatillo and cilantro. I had planned on taking a bit home but I just couldn't stop eating it, my wife stopped me before I licked the bowl. Her spicy seafood soup might have been good but she got pretty stabby with that spoon so I can only guess she loved it... had a really great meal and I will certainly be returning

Fantastic service. Fair prices and good food. Waitress and waiter worked to together to make a great experience. Even going the extra mile to make suggestions and accommodating my children by doing things like splitting up a plate and a drink for no extra cost! Warning: the burritos are giant.

Found this gem on our way home from the Shenandoah to North Carolina. Plenty of RV parking and easy on and off highway 29. We both had the lunch special. I had the chicken taco salad. Tons of chicken with a good portion of pinto beans, lettuce, guacamole, and tomatoes. The salsa was also yummy and the chips were warm and thick. While we don’t live close by, I’ll def pin it for when we are back this way.

Waited an extremely long time for food. The restaurant had very few customers. When the food finally came out some of the dishes were hot and tasty while others were barely warm and did not taste that great. On top of that the women's restroom had a giant hole in the ceiling where rain was actively coming in and was all over the toilets and floor.

I think my husband and I have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant. We didnt have to wait to be seated, the food was hot and delicious and the atmosphere was great. The service was fast and efficient as well. We will definitely be back!
