Went to this guy to get some mortgage papers notarized, first he tried to charge us every place my husband and I had to sign, then when I told him no I had a lady going to do it for $20 ($5 for each notarized spot), he then said he would do it for $20, then he notarized 9 spots (5 that were unnecessary) then charging us $40 after saying he would charge $20.
Very fast service! Just went to the place and got the business handled straight away!
