Bul Jang BBQ

I had the loaded baked potato with pulled pork and it made my taste buds and heart sing. I was dancing while eating it. It was that good. And I’m not the biggest bbq girlie. My husband lives for the ribs, brisket, coleslaw, and baked beans. I will sacrifice all disposable income to eat here again if I have to.

We have been coming here for a while. Everything is always great. My wife kept telling me I need to try the ribs after she had them a couple times. She wasn't kidding. They are the best ribs I've had. They were smokey sweet and very rich in flavor. The texture was so tender and fall of the bone ribs. I would suggest just to eat them with just the dry rib on it. They don't need any of the bbq sauce. Even though the bbq sauce is great on the other food they have. Bul Jang is hands down my favorite place in Smyrna or anywhere close to here.

First time here, wanted something different for lunch today so got 1/4lb pulled pork with the Sweet Kat sauce. Very good and flavorful. Cant wait to try other stuff from this food truck. I ordered online/through toast. He prepared it when I arrived. Had a nice little area where you can sit at a picnic table and eat as well. Great atmosphere for a food truck. Smoker is right out back too!

This place has some of the best bbq in Dover and the surrounding area. The first time I went I tried the brisket. Absolutely delicious! It was tender and moist. The ribs are the same. You will not be disappointed.

I am so obsessed with Bul Jangs food. I always get the brisket bowl, and I find my self craving it multiple times a week. My husband gets the pulled pork sandwich and loves it. The nachos are out of this world. Great vibe, great food, great experience! Highly recommend if you have not tried it.
