S&T Southern Smokehouse BBQ and Delights

We needed this taste of home! Sean and Tynetta represent the great tastes of the South perfectly at their Smokehouse. Blending the sweet slaw with their homemade tangy (and perfectly delicious) BBQ sauce and slow smoked meats on their sandwiches (we had the brisket and chicken), they had all of us licking our fingers in appreciation. The half chicken plate, Sean’s collard greens and Tynetta’s mac n cheese made for more than a complete meal for my Hungry Man. It’s been a while since we’ve enjoyed a food truck this much…just follow the smoke in Smyrna to the best BBQ, hands down, we’ve had in a longgggggg time.

I found S&T Southern Smokehouse BBBQ & Delights online while visiting Dover Delaware for the weekend. All food is served ‘to go’ as they have a food truck. Attached to the food truck is a huge smoker. The food was delicious & service was friendly. Will stop by again for some flavorful, tender, tasty brisket and sides. Collards were amazing! Leftovers; Yayyyy lunch for Monday 😊

Got my first taste from their truck at Smyrna at Night and was really impressed. It didn't look like much at first, but once it hits your tongue you know it's the real deal. So much flavor and so tender. The time and attention put into that meal was apparent in every bite. Thanks so much! I'm coming back for some more banana pudding too!!

I decided to finally try S&T, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Delaware.BEST. BBQ. EVER . The Brisket, the bbq sauce , the RIBS. By now I’ve also tried their dry rub that they sell and I highly recommend that as well. Just put it on whatever you’re cooking and go ! (I eat here every week)

Was at Willey Farms Soul Riders car show today. Had BBQ pork sandwich and one of the best I have ever eaten. EXCELLENT and great service!
