Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I love that they are open late. The frozen custard desserts are delicious. They even have a few outdoor tables and benches to enjoy your desserts outside

Came in on a busy day sometime last month, a Sunday in early April. The store was extremely busy around 5-6PM and had to wait in a line for at least 20 minutes before being served. Noticed the sticky counters and unclean work conditions in the back. Had a concrete made and noticed traces of another substance, which made it taste weird. The attitude of the workers was not friendly which made it harder to enjoy the trip out for some frozen ice. Not to mention the parking was full and cramped if you were to get a spot. Never coming here again and I suggest you go to another Rita's for more reliable service and guaranteed cleanliness.

Plenty of on site parking. Staff was friendly and efficient. Not too much of a wait. The soft serve and hard scooped frozen custard are delicious and taste fresh. The flavors rotate every so often and gives a nice variety. The Italian ices are also very flavorful and tend to have bits of real fruit like the lemon and cherry. Great place will come again.

Only Shilah can make a 5 layer gelati this good 👏

The way the store works makes it a bit hard to understand how to order. Even so the staff is great in helping you order and get it swiftly. They are courteous and helpful. There is outside seating that is nice.
