Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has great food/deserts. I received good portion size for the price I've paid. Keep up the good work with handling a lot of customers on those nice days out when everyone wants ice cream and water ice. Rita's has a big parking lot that can handle a lot of customers at once at this certain location on Folsom,PA.

Says online they are open until 10pm. I got there ay 9:35 and the shades were down. They were inside bur not taking anymore orders. I do understand there are a lot of School age kids who work there but if it says 10pm it should be open until 10pm.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while. Yesterday I ordered 2 regular gelatis with extra custard and a pretzel , which came to $15!! I brought this back since I was in the drive thru in an effort not to hold up the line. I spoke with the owner. She was SNIPPY at first but withdrew after I corrected her and questioned the quality and integrity of her business practices and product. She rectified by ultimately agreeing to my request of a refund and repurchasing of a a large size which was greater proportioned And offered to allow me to keep the previously made gelatis. Not my best experience but I have had worse experiences elsewhere. I am still willing to give them another shot.

Absolutely fantastic as always! Came here for the first day of spring event and got the best water ice ever! My boyfriend got one of the free cups and enjoyed his immensely as well. I always get a gelati so I don't have to choose between their water ice and custard lol. Everything we've ever gotten from Rita's has been fantastic, and this visit was no exception. Staff was friendly and helpful as well!

Had a larger order for 3 kids and 3 adults spent around $40. When bringing the order to the table, between the wind and the kids the pretzels fell to the ground. When bringing them back and asking if we could get new ones, we explained the story and we were asked to provide proof. Not sure why that was necessary, we didn't eat the pretzels, we gave back the pretzels yet still had to provide proof. They were about to go and check the cameras, when I said never mind they could keep them. Disappointed in their service. I hope they do check the cameras and see how foolish they are.
