Ridley Township Public Library

went to the library for passport application process. had a wonderful experience. made an appointment online in advance, easy as pie. brought all the documents they advised. was helped by a young lady named Chrissy, what a sweetheart. she was very patient and kind and explained everything. highly recommend.

#phillyborndelcoraised as someone from Darby Borough frequenting Southwest Philadelphia, I normally visit the Primos Library in Secane to write songs for my vintage rap albums, but I also come here sometimes too to work on my retro-style music and rap.

Was at the library today and their wifi was not working. A older lady also came in asking for a passport and instead of the ladies at the front and back desk just telling her what she needed to get one they kept telling her “please refer to the website” the lady kept telling them that she is not good on the computer. The ladies then came back to the desk in the back near the books and kept talking about this lady instead of just helping her. There are way too many people working here and none of them seem to be helpful. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Nice, modern library with a great children's area, sensory inclusive assistance, and plenty of great books to borrow. I teach and tutor, and the library lacks study rooms. Their wi-fi networks were unreliable in the past, but the issues seem to have been rectified.

Very nice library. The new building is very modernized and big. They not only have a wide variety of books but they also have movies and games. They have comfortable seats you can sit in to read a book and they have a station of computers you can use for whatever you need to do. They also have a separate children’s section containing children’s books and fun little toys. This library provides fun events and services such as story time for young children and random events such as movie night, anime night, quiz night, and more.
