Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Delicious! Yummy frozen yogurt and icee products and some unique and tasty mixes of the two!

Stay away ! Iv been twice in the last two weeks for my wife craving Rita’s. Ordered the large custard with sprinkles. First, the price is over 7$ for a single ice cream. Second they didn’t even fill the cup up. Then tonight 11/22 I went to try again. As they were making ice cream they ran out of soft serve. I was told that the cup that was filled roughly 1/3 of the way was equal to a small and that they could just charge me for a small and refund the large that I had already paid for …. I didn’t want to go empty handed to my wife so I agreed. After I received the 1/3 filled cup of ice cream I paid another 6$ for the “small” ice cream & I was told that they weren’t able to process the refund and that they will have to ask the manager. So I’m out 13$ + for a literal 1/3 cup of ice crea

Nice clean store. Friendly service. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. I paid almost 10.00 for a small gelati and kids size custard with m&m topping.

Great Service! I believe his name was Tyler who served us. My apologizes if my memory is incorrect. My sister’s boyfriend was extremely indecisive since it was his first time there. He was not understanding of certain flavors or sizes. Tyler was extremely patient with him and explained everything. We are so grateful he kept his cool and gave awesome service!! I got a blendini and as always, it was Blend-Tastic 😋😋
