Just recently placed an order using a discount code that was given to me. I got a confirmation e-mail after my purchase saying that they’ll get my order ready for shipment. Three days later, they sent me an e-mail saying that my order has been suspected of fraud. I believe that my order was cancelled because of the company’s shortage of supply for the nitro pack. Why give out discount codes when you don’t even have enough supplies to give out? I felt like the situation could’ve been handled better by the management team to prevent this from happening in the first place. I am very disappointed.

I really love RISE's nitro cold brew, especially as someone who has a really busy job and doesn't always have time to go for a coffee run while on shift. During the pandemic, after emailing about a customer service issue they even sent me free nitro brews to our staff when I happened to offhand mention I was a healthcare worker. My issue with RISE unfortunately now is the price. The price has increased steadily for the last few years (I can tell by comparing past orders) that I can't justify spending almost $4/can now. It used to be a cheaper, and more tasty, option for me, and now it's essentially the same price as a cup of coffee. I feel now it's only really within budget when it's on sale.

They have really great customer service. I ordered a case of oat milk and it was delivered in substandard condition from Amazon, which serves as their backup warehouse/shipping partner. When I complained, Rise sent me a new case of oatmilk, a case of their nitro oatmilk latte AND a discount code as an apology. I really appreciate them and they seemed to have improved from the issues of last year.

Pretty disappointing experience. Claimed an offer with a discount code and received an email confirmation. Few days later Rise cancelled my order stating they suspected fraud. How is it fraudulent when the discount came from the company? Basically a scheme just to get our data and emails.

The canned mocha-oat milk-nitro-cold brew-lattes are amazing. It's kind of ridiculous how good they are- I think much better than other competitors I've tried. I order them through Amazon regularly- one time a can was damaged/empty, and when I reached out to Rise directly they quickly sent 4 cans back as a replacement- great company with great service!
