Vitality Bowls

I absolutely love Vitality Bowls. Their menu has such a great balance of healthy and flavorful options, especially on the savory side. Everything always tastes fresh and made to order. Honestly, all of their food is delicious. My current favorites are the chimichurri steak wrap and the chicken power pesto bowl. Both are packed with flavor and super satisfying. On the acai side, the tropical bowl is my go to. It is refreshing, perfectly sweet, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. You really cannot go wrong with any of their acai bowls because they are all so good. I also love their smoothies, which are perfect whether I need a quick breakfast or an afternoon pick me up. Highly recommend if you are looking for healthy, tasty, and high quality food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean, High-Quality, and Welcoming Vitality Bowls Stamford is always spotless and inviting. The cleanliness alone sets this location apart. I’ve tried some of their best items, including the Superfood Bowl, Warrior Bowl, and Dragon Bowl, along with the Coffee Crunch Smoothie and Matcha Madness Smoothie. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients—you can truly taste the difference. The staff and management are professional, friendly, and make the place feel like family rather than just a business. Consistently great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably good spot for both Acai/Pitaya/Fruit Bowls and for Wraps, Protein Bowls, and more! I went in with my girlfriend expecting just an Acai Bowl spot, but it is so much more. We had the steak wrap, one of the grilled chicken green bowls, and two acai bowls, and it is now our go-to spot. Can't wait to go back. 10/10 recommend!
