Superb spot for breakfast. Noreen and her crew are brilliant, very nice people making your dining experience all the better. I had the full Irish and it was great, coffee is nice and strong too. They have a great range of baked goods, and Irish food, biscuits, tea bags, frozen breakfast sausages and bacon. They also do dinners in the evening, dine in and take away…so I’ll be back again, and again, and again!!!!
Friendly spot frequented by many locals, including Irish expats. Great food and very reasonable prices. Gluten free bread available, but cannot guarantee no cross contamination for Celiacs. Noreen, owner, will work with you to find something suitable if you have food intolerances/preferences. She puts her heart and soul in this place 7 days/wk. Exceptional work ethic and character. You can’t NOT love her.
This unique Irish cafe has so much to offer! I had the fluffiest blueberry pancakes of my 60 years here! Not only were they fluffy, but there was a faint sweetness to the batter that deemed syrup unnecessary (although I still did used it, lol) My daughter had an omelette with perfectly seasoned grilled potatoes! There is direct Irish imported shelf and freezer items available for purchase also! My other daughter is addicted to the Irish Crisps (chips, lol) from here! The atmosphere was comfy, almost homelike in nature. What was most notable was the friendly nature of everyone in the establishment, not only the owner and workers, but the other customers. If there was ever a cafe version of the TV series "Cheers", that was the energy you feel here. If this sounds too good to be true, please,
In town for work and I came across this gem! I ordered breakfast from the incredibly welcoming staff. Food came up qucik, but not to quick. Think of this as a small craft kitchen. The Quicke Lorraine was the best I have ever had. Pancakes were good. Coffee was great. The atmosphere was great and some very friendly locals were vocal in welcoming me. The whole experience was like I was some kind of celebrity, which I am not. I know one thing, when I come back - I will be coming here every time! Sorry, didn't get any picks of my food but it was amazing!
Full Irish Breakfast is great. Happy to have an early breakfast option in Glenbrook.
