Richard's All Seasons Lodge

I stayed in the cottage out back when I was working overnight at the helmet factory. It was clean & quiet, basic. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. The old guy a few doors down from me was there long term, he even had a garden outside. The owners were very good to him. I would definitely stay there again.

I love this quiet little building. I had an extended stay on a few different occasions before moving into an apartment. The owners were great and did a wonderful job keeping everything neat, clean. I had a lot of fun playing pool and grabbing a quick bite in the pub. I wish that was still open.

This place is absolutely horrible! The owner gets physical towards tenants when he doesn't get his way. He uses and takes advantage of the ones willing to bend over backwards for him. The rooms are cold as hell because his solution to being almost out of propane is to shut the heat off. There's a raw sewage pipe running off the back bank. Absolutely terrible. This place would be better off as an empty lot. I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to.

The landlord is a scumlord. When you need something taken care of he will ignore the problem long as he can. He constantly lies to the tenants. He will get violent towards them and go inside the room to steal personal property. The place has bed bugs and roaches. He will rent to drug dealers and users. He doesn't pay his employees properly like he should. I highly recommend that nobody rent from him.

I stayed here years ago when it was managed by Chris and Richard. They went out the way to make me feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and the meals at Rachel's were awesome
