Tried the meatball soup and it was fresh and delicious. Nothing complicated but nice on a cold day. The burrito was average and the tacitos where tasty and filling. Great spicy salsa! Service was friendly and helpfull. Lets get a refreshed seating area and now your talking.

The food is great, I would say one of the best in northern NH/VT, service was pleasant and patient and the food arrived at the table surprisingly quickly. The guacamole here is incredible and the chips came out hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you're in the area and love good Mexican food.

Curious to try something new as I passed through town. This restaurant caught my attention. Who isn't a sucker for Tex-Mex food, right? The food I got tasted okay, but wasn't even hot as if it had been cooked anytime recently. Flavors work okay but nothing exciting. I didn't think that the price reflected accurately the quantity or quality of what I was eating. My son said that he liked his quite a lot, but frankly if I didn't pay for mine then I also would have thought that it exceeded what I paid for it next time I pass through town I'll look elsewhere, but if a group had invited me to go then I'd be willing to give it a second shot

They where really good the first few times I went. Then they messed my burrito up, the girl pinned it on her coworker. Also the fries have been stail in my California it feels like I flip a coin every time I order for a 20 dollar burrito.

If you're ever in the Newport, VT area, America's Taco Shop is a must. I've been eating here ever since they opened, then moved away. On my recent visit to Vermont, after being away for a few years, I could not wait to sink my teeth into one of America's burritos. I ordered a Mexicali Burrito, and other members of my family ordered the Carne Asada Bowl, Carne Asada Chips, and California Burrito. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and truly enjoyed the hospitality, Especially after being away for so long, and to be remembered and treated like family, it's certainly a rare thing in today's world. Thank you America, my entire family appreciates you; until our next visit to Vermont.
