Rhonda L Hinds & Associates CPA PA

I have been using Rhonda to do my taxes for years. I cannot say enough good about the service and great personal experience they provide. I had a Neice that was going through some personal issues and had questions regarding her taxes, so I took her to see Rhonda who not only answered all of her questions but filed her return on the spot and refused to take payment due to her circumstances. Just an amazing place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Truthfully, the CPA herself may be brilliant but my husband and I never got that far. The office staff made such a muck of our appointment - by neglecting to actually put us in the calendar and having to reschedule and then having to reschedule a second time - by losing paperwork my husband and I had delivered to the office before the scheduled appointment -- by actually not seeming to even recall what paperwork that had already requested and received - that we never actually saw the CPA. The most remarkable thing was when one of Hinds 'staff called my husband once and me twice at work, trying to recall what paperwork we had already given them.
