Gaucho Food Truck

Absolutely delicious! I stopped by the GAUCHO food truck this morning and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the chorizo & hash tacos and one of the egg and cheese bagels with bacon — and wow, everything was incredible. The food was super flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and honestly some of the best breakfast I’ve had from a food truck. The guy working the truck was just as great — super sweet, really informative about the menu, and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell he cares about what he’s serving and about his customers. Highly recommend checking out GAUCHO if you want amazing breakfast and an awesome experience!

This food truck is awesome! Not only is the food high-quality, filling, delicious, & affordable but the owner, Blaine, is so nice. He makes the whole experience great. He genuinely becomes your friend after a few visits. I am not surprised by all five star reviews here. thanks so much, Blaine, you rock!!

It's amazing food. I had the house burger for lunch. You can get a salad or chips. It's an oasis alone north Courtenay pkwy. Very tasty burger will come back for some coffee in the morning.

Everything on the menu here is amazing. Fresh ingredients, unique combinations, and soooo delicious. Recommend the Gaucho bagel special, Gaucho Club, Roasted chicken and avacado, Goat cheese and avacado toast, Med salad. The sandwiches come with chips or a medly salad. All are very yum, thank you Blayne (excellent chef, very friendly)!

Beat breakfast tacos Of. My. Life!! We had the chorizo hash tacos. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. He also has a background in the food scene in New York which is evident in flavors and creativity he brings to his food! Worth the stop, drive, you name it. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.
