Abbott's Frozen Custard

Tonight we drove up to Abbott’s Frozen Custard not realizing they had just closed at 9. We pulled into the parking lot and were about to turn around when the owners came out, kindly explained the hours—and then still offered to serve us ice cream anyway. We ended up getting the strawberry and the chocolate chocolate chip, and both were absolutely delicious. But honestly, the kindness meant even more. That level of customer service is rare these days. They didn’t have to do that, but they did—and it truly made our night. We’ll definitely be back and will happily support a business that treats people this well. 💛🍦

Happy to have this ice cream shop on the North end of Merritt Island as everything is usually a drive. The prices are a little high in my opinion, but the ice cream is nice and creamy. Tonight we had vanilla and chocolate. The chocolate was delicious and had a great texture, but the vanilla was very soft. I wish they would have asked if I wanted a flavor that was more “set up”. We will be back to try the coffee chip if it is the flavor of the day again soon!

This is the best frozen custard I’ve ever had. This will be the only ice cream shop I will be going to on the island from here on out. Not to mention the amazing general manager, Stephanie! She was so kind and helpful and let me try a ton of flavors. Such an amazing atmosphere! Not to mention their hats they wear are very cute. I would like to purchase! 10/10

We made our first visit to Abbott’s on Merritt Island this week. One word….delicious!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Inviting location, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the custard is creamy and delicious! We all enjoyed our waffle cones and flurries! There are also treats premade, pies, cakes, etc that you can purchase. If you haven’t been, stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love going to Abbott’s Frozen Custard! Every time I visit, the custard is fresh, creamy, and honestly the best I’ve ever had. You can really taste the quality. Chloe is hands down the BEST worker there! She is always so friendly, patient, and genuinely kind to every customer. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience whether it’s helping you pick the perfect flavor, making recommendations, or just greeting you with the biggest smile. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people who come in. She works hard, stays positive even when it’s busy, and makes the whole experience even better.
